The 8 Round One series winners will then join the 22 next, highest-ranked PMAs (based on the 2010
FIFA World Cup™ Preliminary Competition and Final Competition results) in Round Two.
The 30 teams will be paired into 15 home-and-away series.
The matches are scheduled to be played in the period 23-28 July 2011.
The 15 winners of each series advance to Round Three
