Last August 9, i was invited by a fellow blogger over Chevrolet Philippines Blogger Event at Greenhills Showroom. They are launching the new Chevrolet Spark plus a online application Chevrolet Spark Virtual Carpool where you and your carpool member will win 1 Ipad2 each.

Mechanics

• User must like Chevy Philippines Fanpage and then register in the Spark Virtual Carpool Club (Facebook Application).
• Upon registering, user will be assigned as the virtual carpool driver.
• User’s goal is to invite as many friends to be his/her carpool buddy.
• To secure a successful carpool buddy, invited friend(s) should accept the invitation and register in the Spark Virtual Carpool Club (Facebook Application).
• For every 4 successful invites, user will get 1 Spark Car which is equivalent to 1 raffle entry.
• Limitations:
1. Car (raffle entry) can only win once within Week 1 to 7. But all raffle entries within the promo duration have a chance to join the Grand Raffle.
2. User can add a friend only once.
3. Prizes are to be divided to the virtual driver and its passengers.
4. Each participating Facebook account per carpool entry must be represented and owned by different individuals.
5. Corporate or shared accounts can only be represented by one person. Incases that a participant uses his/her corporate/other account(s) to fill in a vacant slot(s), prize(s) allotted for the slot(s) will be forfeited. (Ex. 1 personal account + 4 other accounts owned by the same person = 1 movie ticket and shirt or 1 i-pad 2 for grand prize.)

• Winners have 60 days upon receipt of notice to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes within the said period will be forfeited in favor of Chevrolet Philippines.

What Makes You Spark?

Hi Chevy Fans!  We want to know what makes you SPARK! Share with us a photo of you, with a short caption, that expresses what it is that makes you come alive.  If we like your photo, we’ll feature it as the SPARK FAN of the Week, and you get to win an Ayala Mall e-GC worth P 2,500 plus a cool Chevy T-shirt!

Plus, at the end of the contest, the fan with the best photo, and the fan who gets the most “Likes”, win grand prizes!

Contest Rules

1. The "What Makes You Spark?" photo contest is from February 25 @ 12:00 am to April 22, 2011 @ 11:59 pm.
2. Only one (1) photo per person will be allowed.  Submit your photo via email at whatmakesmespark@gmail.com.  Kindly include in your e-mail (a) a short caption telling us what makes you SPARK, (b) your complete name, (c) birthday and (d) e-mail address.
3. Your photo must have (a) file extension: .jpg, (b) size: minimum 800 pixels & maximum of 1,200 pixels on the longest side, (c) resolution: 72 dpi, (d) profile: RGB, and (e) file name structure should be : firstname_lastname_spark.jpg.  Example: nikki_rivera_spark.jpg.
4. The first photo you submit will be considered as your official entry.
5. Your photo must be in the theme of the contest.
6. Your photo must be an original work taken by you.  If your photo was taken by someone else, you MUST have their consent to use that photo before submitting to us.
7. We reserve the right not to post any photo which we deem offensive and is in violation of any law regarding intellectual property and you indemnify Chevrolet Philippines (TCCCI) for any violations in connection to the photo you have submitted.  Examples of photos we will not post include the following: (a) photos promoting illegal drug use, (b) pornographic or nudity, (c) photos depicting crimes of any nature, (d) photos promoting political ideology & (e) photos promoting competing brands
8. No purchase is required to join the contest.
9. The weekly winners will be chosen every Friday morning, cut-off will be every Thursday, 11:59pm during the contest period.
10. Weekly winners will be judged by independent judges selected by TCCCI based on creativity & originality.
11. Two grand winners will be chosen at the end of the contest: (a) The best & most original photo AND (b) People's Choice Award which will be based on the number of "Likes" (to be tallied April 29, 2011 at 12:00 am)
12. Prizes to be won are as follows (a) Weekly winners get P 2,500 worth of Ayala e-GC and a Chevy T-shirt (b) People's Choice & Best & Most Original Photo get a Spark weekend getaway in Aquatico, Batangas.
13. The winners will be announced on or before April 29, 2011.
14. The decision of the judges will be final & binding.
15. You must be at least 18 years of age to join the contest.  You must also be a legal resident of the Philippines.  Employees of TCCCI and its ad agencies, their immediate family members are not eligible.
16. By submitting your photo, you are hereby granting TCCCI the right to use or publish your photo in print and or on our website, social media sites and other media we desire.
