What is THERMOS ?

"Invented in 1892 by Sir James Dewar, a scientist at Oxford University, the "vacuum flask" was first manufactured for commercial use in 1904, when two German glass blowers formed Thermos GmbH. They held a contest to name the "vacuum flask" and a resident of Munich submitted "Thermos", which came from the Greek word "Therme" meaning "heat" ". But for me THERMOS is Termos in Filipino or simply a container of hot water as far as I know.  But Thermos was a brand name that have been always incorporated with container for cold and hot water. Lastly a cool vacuum flask that can you have fun with even on Summer.

For this summer THERMOS is giving away 12 Ipad2 by simply submitting a cool and interesting Photo of you and one Thermos product related to the theme.

March 16 - April 5 Excited for a Thermos Summer!
April 6 - April 26 Keeping it cool this summer with Thermos!
April 27 - May 17 My unforgettable Thermos summer memories.

Winners will be chosen based on: 
a. UNIQUENESS (40%).  The exceptionality of the photo entry that corresponds to the theme. 
b. WITTINESS (40%).  Caption and picture must be catchy, creative, witty and appropriate to the photo and theme. Caption must not exceed 140 characters. 
c. VISIBILITY OF THERMOS PRODUCT (10%).  The Thermos product must be clearly visible and identifiable. 
d. POPULARITY (10%).  The number of likes of the photo entry and caption in the Thermos Philippines Landing Page (http://www.facebook.com/ThermosPH/app_190322544333196) which is supported by Manila Exchange (http://www.manilax.me) website
