First Fine Dining at Florabel

     December 8, 2009 and it's Maya's Birthday an we are out to Florabel for celebration. Florabel is located at the ground floor of The Podium along ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City. It was our first  time to eat to a fine dining restaurant and this was the Prize we won, one of the major prizes of promo Love ot Watch, Love to Bid. The one year Fine dining from Secrets of the Master. 

 The table setting was great with  candle light for fine dining experience.

Florabel has the best ambience and  lighting was perfect. It was  Tuesday costumer are relatively few about three tables by  that time.

They have lot of drinks on the cocktail list but I choiced the Four Season while she preffered the tomato Juice.
 Then food was served starting with the soup, Three Mushroom Soup with Oyster Chips and Vegetable Batley Soup with Fresh Herbs along with bread and butter which is unlimited.
Next from the listed salad Crispy Prawns and Duo of Encrusted Sesame-Peppered Tuna and Sashimi we prepared big serving for us to shared. Both salad was great, the crispy prawns, tuna meat and the vegetables was amazing what a nice appetizer.

Eating time again while waiting for the next menu. The main course we try there best steak on the house named Surf and Turf but since the lobster was not available they replace with prawns and the U.S. Angus Rib-Eye with mushroom sauce.

By then it was almost 9:30 pm and 2 hours since we start eating and still we are on our last meal the dessert. What dessert do think we ordered? Flambeed Fruits Ala Mode as Choice of mangoes, banana, apples and walnuts with homemade crepes and a Walnut Balls with Hot Fudge.

What a Wonderful Experience at Florabel and we would like to thank for this wonderful prize. See you next month Florabel.
We take home a chocolate mousse cake for our family to enjoy.
