QUALIFICATIONS/DISQUALIFICATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS:

1. The promotion is open only to Filipino citizens and Philippine residents for at least a year, at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of joining.
2. Nestlé Philippines, Inc. (NPI), JWT, Inc., Nuworks Interactive Labs, Inc., (the "organizers of the promotions") and other official media partners and sponsors' employees and their relatives up to the third degree of consanguinity are disqualified from joining.

A. How to Join:

1. Those qualified and interested to join must search and follow the directions for joining located in the KIT KAT Philippine Fanpage (http://www.facebook.com/kitkat.ph)
2. Inside the "KIT KAT application" (hereon to be referred to as "app"), a qualified and interested person (the "Participant") will be required first to "LIKE" the KIT KAT Philippine fanpage (http://www.facebook.com/kitkat.ph). If a Participant has already previously liked the KIT KAT Philippines Fanpage, he/she will no longer be required to "LIKE" the KIT KAT Philippines Fanpage.
3. The Participant shall then have to register the following information and read and agree to abide by the full mechanics of the KIT KAT Fast Break promotion (the "Promotion") before he/she will be allowed to join:
1. Full name of the qualified participant
2. Birthday
3. Valid email address
4. Mobile Number

If he/she has also already previously registered in KIT KAT Philippines' previous Facebook activity "Break Out the Love," he/she will not be required to re-register his/her personal details anymore

4. By joining this promotion, Participant warrants and certifies that he/she has read the full mechanics of the Promotions and that he/she agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in the promotion mechanics. Failure to agree to and abide by the terms and conditions set forth in the mechanics shall disqualify such Participant from participating in this promotion.

B. How to Participate in the Promotions

1. For eight (8) weeks, the Organizers of the Promotion will offer four (4) deals (to be referred to as the "Deal"). Each Deal shall be offered for two (2) weeks. Deals to be offered shall be as follows:
• May 13 – May 26: Purchase one (1) Muti-pack KIT KAT Orange and get a chance to win an iPad 2
• May 27 – June 9: Purchase six (6) KIT KAT Dark packs and get a chance to win an MacBook Air
• June 18 – July 1: Purchase six (6) KIT KAT White packs and get a chance to win an iPhone 4
• July 2 – July 15: Purchase one (1) Multi-pack KIT KAT Mint and get a chance to win a iPad 2
2. The Participant can join by selecting the Deal. Upon selecting a deal, Participant will receive an E-Mail notification (to be referred to as the "Coupon"). The Coupon will serve as proof that Participant's selection has been accepted in the Promotion.
3. A participant can select the specific Deal only once. He/she however may participate and select the other Deals in the subsequent weeks.

C. How to Win

1. If within the allotted two (2) weeks of the Deal offer, five thousand (5,000) Participants have signified or selected the Deal, the Deal shall be declared "active". Within the specific two weeks, Participants can continue to select the Deal even after the 5,000 mark has been reached.
   
   Within seven (7) days after the two-week period of the Deal has been completed, the Organizers will announce via SMS, E-Mail, Facebook post when a particular Deal's claiming Date, Time and Location will be.
   
   The first Participant to arrive at the announced Location on the announced Date and at the announced Time is eligible to win the Deal. He/she however shall need to present proof of the required purchase. His participation in the Deal will also be verified and validated on-site through a confirmation based on the database of the registrants. Such proof of purchase shall be the label/s of the products purchased. (e.g., If six packs of the KIT KAT Dark are required to be purchased, then six (6) labels of said KIT KAT DARK should be presented.)
   
   Should the Participant be able to present the required proof of purchase and the Organizers are able to verify that he is a qualified Participant, he/shall be declared the Grand Winner of the Deal and be eligible for the prize.
2. The declared Winner shall then need to present two (2) valid IDs with picture (e.g. driver's license, passport, company/school ID), each bearing the same name registered in the Facebook App.
3. The next top five (5) claimants in line after the Grand Winner will win an Ipod Nano each, provided that they are able to present the required valid proof of purchase and they have been verified to be qualified Participants.
4. The next 20 claimants in line will get a KIT KAT Gift pack each, provided that they are able to present the required valid proof of purchase and they have been verified to be qualified Participants.
5. The 100th Participant in line will win a Centennial Gift and a KIT KAT Gift pack, provided that he/she is able to present the required valid proof of purchase and he/she has been verified to be a qualified Participant.

NUMBER OF WINNERS/CATEGORIES/NO. OF TIMES A PARTICIPANT MAY WIN:

1. A Participant may only win one (1) of the four (4) major prizes.

3. KIT KAT White Deal - iPhone 4
4. KIT KAT Mint Deal - iPad 2
2. A Participant may win a consolation prize only once per Deal.
3. A consolation prize winner in one Deal however may be eligible to win the major prize or the consolation prizes in the other Deals.

PROCEDURE IN THE NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:

4. He/she shall also hold organizers of the promotion free and harmless from any and all claims arising from any damage or injury he/she may incur as a result of this promotion, acknowledging that he/she has decided to participate in the promotion under his own free will and despite any attendant risks.

3. Any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind, for lost network connections, garbled computer transmissions, and other problems or technical malfunctions in the conduct of this promotion.
4. Any error, omission, corruption, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of the email addresses, and Facebook accounts used in this promotion.
5. 6. The decision of the organizers of the promotion to cancel, discontinue or suspend this promotion on the basis of the foregoing is final and they are not obliged to engage into any dialogue with any person regarding such decision.
